The Role:

As a HLTA, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across a range of classes and key stages
• Deliver interventions and small group work to raise attainment
• Take a proactive role in planning and leading learning activities
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• HLTA status or relevant Level 4 qualification
• Proven experience in supporting teaching and learning
• A strong understanding of the UK curriculum
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education
