Head of Year 5 Teacher – Middle School Opportunity in Wimborne

About the Role:
The school is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Head of Year who is eager to develop as a leader while contributing fully to the wider vision of the school. You will join a dedicated, supportive, and friendly team, continuing the school’s strong drive for excellence.
As Head of Year 5, you will be responsible for the management and organisation of the year group, providing professional leadership that secures success, progress, and continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in ensuring pupils’ health, safety, enjoyment, and achievement, supporting them to flourish both within school and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Year 5 cohort effectively
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons within KS2
- Drive standards, progress, and attainment across the year group
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction
- Support the vision, ethos, and policies of the school and Trust
