Are you an English teacher looking for a new challenge? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for an English Teacher whether you already have experience or if you are an ECT.

Throughout this role, you will be paid in line with your teacher pay scale, between £30,000 and £46,525 as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

This is a full-time position, starting in January. The school that you will be working in is located in Manchester.

As an English teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a range of English courses to students of all ages and ability levels. You will be expected to deliver engaging and informative lessons, assess student progress, and provide feedback to help students improve. You will also be involved in curriculum development and assessment design, as well as collaborating with other teachers to ensure a well-rounded education for all students.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in English language and literature. You should have a degree in English or a related field, as well as a recognised teaching qualification. You will also be required to apply for a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to ensure that you do not have nay criminal convictions which would prevent you from working in UK secondary schools. You will also be required to provide a minimum of two employment-based references that will cover any education-based role within the last ten years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
