Role Overview

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who need extra help, both in and out of the classroom. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety of students at all times
  • Supporting students with additional needs
  • Providing one-on-one assistance
  • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment

Position Details

  • Location: Birmingham, UK
  • Job Type: Contract, Full-Time (Immediate Start)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Salary: £420 - £445 per week

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Education: A minimum of a graduate degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with students (children or young adults) in an educational setting or a similar environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Candidates must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced Child DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
