Graduate Teachers (with QTS) – Supply Work

Location: Bristol
Pay: £130–£140 per day
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Flexible Supply | Term Time Only


Are you a Graduate Teacher with QTS or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to build experience across a variety of school settings? Supply teaching is a fantastic way to develop your skills, gain confidence, and discover what type of school environment suits you best.

We are recruiting Primary and SEN trained Graduate Teachers (QTS) for flexible supply opportunities starting this September. We also have full time roles available if supply isn't what you're looking for. 


The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons across primary or SEN year groups
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments
  • Maintain a positive learning atmosphere and manage behaviour effectively
  • Gain exposure to a range of settings, including mainstream, SEN, and SEMH
  • Build valuable experience to support your long-term teaching career

Ideal Candidates

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • ECTs and recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Confident delivering lessons and managing classrooms
  • Adaptable, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Passionate about working with children and supporting their development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
