✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically looking for graduates finishing university this summer who are:

  • Studying Education or a related degree (Psychology, Youth Work, Criminology, Sport, etc.)
  • Ready to start a full-time role in September
  • Passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Resilient, reliable and calm under pressure
  • Keen to build real classroom experience before or during ECT
  • Available Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
  • Willing to obtain (or already hold) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
