We are currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic graduates who are interested in starting a career in education to work in schools across the Bedford area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or child development and want to gain valuable experience working in a classroom environment.

The Role
Successful candidates will support teachers in delivering lessons, managing classrooms, and helping students reach their full potential. You will play an important role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Key responsibilities may include:

Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
-
Working with small groups or individual students to support learning
-
Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources
-
Encouraging student engagement and participation in lessons

Supporting the overall wellbeing and development of students
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
-
Hold a degree in any subject
-
Have strong classroom management skills or the confidence to manage groups of students
-
Enjoy working with children and are passionate about education
-
Are reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
-
Are interested in gaining experience within a school setting
Previous experience working with children, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or volunteering is beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
