We are currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic graduates who are interested in starting a career in education to work in schools across the Bedford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or child development and want to gain valuable experience working in a classroom environment.

The Role

Successful candidates will support teachers in delivering lessons, managing classrooms, and helping students reach their full potential. You will play an important role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

• Working with small groups or individual students to support learning

• Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources

• Encouraging student engagement and participation in lessons

• Supporting the overall wellbeing and development of students

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a degree in any subject

• Have strong classroom management skills or the confidence to manage groups of students

• Enjoy working with children and are passionate about education

• Are reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic

• Are interested in gaining experience within a school setting

Previous experience working with children, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or volunteering is beneficial but not essential.
