Your Role in School
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with SEN
- Support learning, engagement and emotional regulation in and out of the classroom
- Assist teachers with individual education plans (IEPs/EHCPs)
- Use positive reinforcement and inclusive strategies to build confidence
- Support pupils during less structured times (breaks, transitions, interventions)
- Observe, record and feedback on pupil progress and behaviour
- Be a consistent, positive and motivating presence in the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
