Teaching Personnel is recruiting Graduate Inclusion Support Assistants to work in schools supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience for careers in teaching, educational psychology, social work, mental health services, and youth support.

The Role

As a Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant, you will:

✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
✅ Help students develop confidence, resilience, and positive behaviours
✅ Support emotional wellbeing and engagement in learning
✅ Work alongside teachers, SEND teams, and pastoral staff
✅ Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
