Graduate Cover Supervisor – Bordon (Start ASAP)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cover Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Encouraging students to focus, participate and enjoy learning
  • Supporting the school’s culture of positive behaviour, respect and achievement

You won’t be required to plan lessons or mark work — your focus is on facilitating learning and helping students succeed.
