What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Students
- 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Running small group sessions
- Helping students develop emotional regulation and social skills
- Supporting behaviour using positive, trauma-informed approaches
Creating Positive Change
- Building strong, trusting relationships
- Encouraging engagement (even on the tough days)
- Acting as a calm, consistent role model
Working as Part of a Team
- Collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff
- Supporting personalised learning and behaviour plans
- Providing feedback on student progress

Who We’re Looking For
Recent or upcoming graduates in:
Psychology | Education | Criminology | Sociology | Youth Work | Health & Social Care | Sports | or similar
You’ll have:

- Strong communication skills
- A proactive, positive attitude
Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
