Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a specialist independent SEN school in West Sussex for a Trainee Tutor to join their exceptional team supporting children with Autism and communication needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering engaging 1:1 teaching sessions tailored to each pupil.

• Supporting children with Autism and additional communication needs.

• Monitoring and recording pupil progress.

• Working closely with experienced teachers and therapists.

• Supporting pupils during enrichment activities, playtimes and school-based activities.

• Developing your own teaching skills through structured training, mentoring and regular professional development.

Essential requirements:

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Please note: This school is located in a rural part of West Sussex with very limited public transport links, so being able to drive is essential.
