Geography Teacher – Weymouth
Start: September | Full Time | Secondary | Key Stages 3 & 4

About the Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will support students in developing:

  • A solid understanding of both physical and human geography
  • The ability to think critically about global, environmental and social issues
  • A curiosity about the wider world and different cultures
  • Confidence, resilience and independent thinking skills

You will be part of a supportive department that values teamwork, creativity and professional autonomy.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting
  • The ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
