Part-time (0.6 FTE) | Permanent | January 2026 Start

Location: Salisbury

This inclusive and community-focused secondary school in Salisbury is looking to appoint a knowledgeable and engaging Teacher of Geography from January 2026. This is a part-time, permanent role ideal for someone who is passionate about geography and sustainability and wants to inspire the next generation of global citizens.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative Geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

  • Develop a curriculum that builds enquiry, critical thinking, and global awareness

  • Encourage students to explore real-world issues like climate change, migration, and urbanisation

  • Contribute to trips, fieldwork, and cross-curricular projects that bring learning to life

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS and have experience teaching Geography to secondary students

  • Have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for their field

  • Be committed to making Geography relevant and accessible for all learners

  • Be a proactive team member with fresh ideas and energy
