The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 teaching depending on experience and the needs of the school. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess and monitor student progress, and contribute positively to the wider school community.
The schools are seeking individuals who can bring energy, enthusiasm and creativity into the classroom. You will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills and a genuine commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. The ability to make Geography relevant, engaging and accessible to learners of all abilities is essential.
To be considered for these roles, applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Applications are welcomed from experienced Geography Teachers, Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs), and those with recent UK secondary teaching experience. A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, although support can be provided in obtaining one if required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
