Role: Geography Teacher
Location: Middlesbrough
Start date: 6th November 2023 or ASAP
Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit a Teacher of Geography to join one of our client secondary schools in the Teesside area. The post will begin after the October half-term break, or as soon as possible, with the possibility of going permanent if the right fit.
The 11-16 Academy, based in Middlesbrough, offers a welcoming and supportive teaching and learning environment, with a focus on creating a culture of success and a positive climate for learning.
About this role:
- Full-time Geography Teacher
- Post starting 6th November 2023 or ASAP
- 11-16 secondary school located in Middlesbrough
- Pay in line with MPS/UPS
- Teaching a full Geography timetable across Key Stage 3 and 4
Candidate requirements:
- Must hold QTS in the UK
- Must be able to confidently deliver Geography to Key Stage 3 and 4
- Must possess a DBS on the update service/be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS (Child Workforce Only)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
