Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Luton
Salary: £150 – £230 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time | Immediate start

We are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Luton, part of the Chiltern Learning Trust, seeking to appoint an ambitious and innovative Geography Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Humanities faculty made up of experienced specialist teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality Geography education to students of all abilities.
The Role
The successful candidate will be appointed on a full-time basis with an immediate start. You will be responsible for teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Geography lessons
- Inspire students to develop a passion for Geography
- Contribute to the continued success and development of the Humanities faculty
- Support the school’s commitment to raising attainment and academic standards

Experience and Qualifications
- A degree in Geography or a related subject
- PGCE or QTS
- Experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting (including PGCE placements)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for education and student success
This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs) as well as experienced educators.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
