Salary: £150 – £230 per day (dependent on experience)

We are working with a highly regarded secondary school in Luton, part of the Chiltern Learning Trust, seeking to appoint an ambitious and innovative Geography Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Humanities faculty made up of experienced specialist teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality Geography education to students of all abilities.

The Role
The successful candidate will be appointed on a full-time basis with an immediate start. You will be responsible for teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.

You will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Geography lessons
• Inspire students to develop a passion for Geography
• Contribute to the continued success and development of the Humanities faculty
• Support the school’s commitment to raising attainment and academic standards

Experience and Qualifications

• A degree in Geography or a related subject
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting (including PGCE placements)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A passion for education and student success

This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs) as well as experienced educators.
