They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic team starting as soon as possible and continuing until Christmas 2025.
The Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver inspiring lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will be responsible for developing students' understanding of geographical concepts, preparing them for exams, and creating an engaging and challenging learning environment. The position is a full-time, or part time for the right candidate, and is a temporary role that runs until Christmas 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Geography across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Foster student engagement and interest in Geography through innovative teaching methods.
- Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the success of the department.
- Contribute to the school’s ethos and support students' personal and academic development.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree (e.g., Geography or related subject).
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Geography at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
