Our Future Teachers Programme is designed specifically for graduates who are considering a career in teaching. It allows you to step into a classroom, support learning, and take on cover responsibilities — all while being fully supported by experienced staff and mentors.

You’ll gain the vital experience schools look for in future trainees, making this the ideal stepping stone before applying for a PGCE, SCITT, or school-based training route.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver pre-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor
• Support students across different subjects and year groups
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Develop essential classroom management skills
• Receive ongoing guidance from experienced educators

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
