Future Teacher – Flexible Supply Role (Training Provided)

Location: Swansea & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £100–£110 per day

Free In-Person Training Included

Teaching Personnel invests in your development. You will receive:

  • Classroom Management Training
  • Behaviour Management Training

Both sessions are delivered in person, equipping you with practical strategies and confidence before entering the classroom.


About the Role

As a Future Teacher, you will:

  • Lead full classes using prepared lessons
  • Deliver engaging activities and keep students on track
  • Manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Support the day-to-day running of the school
  • Adapt to different subjects and year groups
  • Build strong relationships with staff and students

This role mirrors the responsibilities typically associated with a cover classroom lead — without the planning, marking, or full teacher responsibilities.
