About the Role
As a Future Teacher working on supply, you will:

Support pupils across a range of age groups and abilities

Deliver pre-set lessons and assist with classroom management
-
Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support

Gain experience in different school settings
-
Build confidence and develop essential teaching skills
You will work flexibly across multiple schools, gaining valuable insight into different environments and teaching styles.
Requirements

A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel across the county)

A degree or relevant experience working with young people (desirable)
-
A subject specialism (highly advantageous, particularly in secondary settings)
-
Welsh-speaking skills are an advantage but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
