About the Role
As a tutor, you’ll be working with learners either one-to-one or in small groups, adapting your approach to meet a range of needs. You’ll focus on building subject knowledge, improving study habits, and helping students reach their full potential.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Tailoring tuition sessions to individual learning styles

Supporting academic progress through clear feedback and planning

Tracking development and adjusting strategies where needed

Helping students build confidence in core subjects
What We’re Looking For:

Background in teaching or tutoring English, Maths, or Science

A teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed) is an advantage
-
Good communication and organisational skills
-
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service—or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
