Fully Qualified Teacher – Peacehaven
£120–£140 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed and adaptable Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) for a school in Peacehaven. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a small class group requiring additional support to achieve their full potential.

 

The Role

You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons within a supportive and structured classroom environment. The position involves working with pupils who benefit from consistent guidance and a positive, nurturing approach to learning.

The successful candidate will:

  • Create an inclusive and purposeful learning environment

  • Adapt teaching to meet a range of individual needs

  • Build strong, professional relationships with pupils and staff

  • Maintain clear expectations and routines to support progress

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Confident in managing a small class with varying needs

  • Patient, resilient, and proactive in their approach

  • Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be highly advantageous
