Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an accomplished French teacher for a secondary school in the Middleton area. With an Ofsted rating of ‘good’, this is a great opportunity to join a thriving school with a large supportive body of staff. You will be joining a tight knit languages department of 4 teachers, to continue their success with GCSE results.
We are looking for a modern language’s teacher with a specialism in French, however being able to teach multiple languages to KS3/4 students would be highly desirable. You will be expected to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, and mark any work set.
The school is open to applications from both experienced and ECT teachers. It has free on-site parking and great public transport links making it accessible to all.
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent
- Fluent in French
- Confident teaching to KS3/4
- Subject to clearance of a child-only DBS check that is registered on the update service
- Must provide two school-based references
