Food Technology Teacher (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week) – Summer Term
Christchurch | Start Date: 13th April
Teaching Personnel are working with a friendly and well-supported secondary school in Christchurch who are looking to appoint a Food Technology Teacher on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for the summer term.
This role will involve teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4, delivering practical and engaging lessons in a well-equipped department. The position is for the summer term initially, with the opportunity to continue into September if the school and successful candidate are a good match.
The Role:
- Teach Food Technology to KS3 and KS4 students
- Plan and deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment in line with health and safety standards
- Support students in developing key cooking skills and subject knowledge
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for practical learning and student engagement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
