Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, supply teaching can be a great way to build experience, regain work-life balance, or explore different school settings.


The Role – Day-to-Day Supply Teacher

As a supply teacher, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Create a positive, calm, and engaging classroom environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom needs
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff, even in short-term placements
  • Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Are confident teaching across at least one primary key stage
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Are adaptable, reliable, and positive in new environments
  • Share our commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
  • Are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

ECTs are encouraged to apply – supply is a great way to gain experience and confidence in different settings.

  • A Teaching Personnel registration interview
