Flexible Learning Support Assistant
Location: Various schools across the Bristol area
Contract: Flexible / Part‑Time / Full‑Time Opportunities Available
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? We’re looking for adaptable, caring and confident Learning Support Assistants to join our team, providing high‑quality support across a range of local schools.
About the Role
You will work with pupils who have a variety of needs, which may include:
- SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
- PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
Your day-to-day work may involve classroom support, one‑to‑one assistance, helping students access learning, and promoting independence in a safe, nurturing environment.
We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience supporting children or adults with SEND/SEMH/PMLD
✔ People who are patient, resilient and nurturing
✔ Someone who is open to providing personal care when required
✔ A flexible approach — comfortable working in different school settings
✔ Drivers are highly desirable due to the location of some placements
✔ Individuals open to cover, ad‑hoc work, or full‑time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
