Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female Physical Education Teacher to join our partnered secondary school on a fixed-term basis from May to July 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact during the summer term within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality PE lessons, promote student wellbeing, and contribute to extracurricular sports activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 

  • Encourage participation, teamwork, and a healthy, active lifestyle

  • Assess and monitor student progress in line with curriculum expectations

  • Support and lead extracurricular sports clubs and school fixtures where appropriate

  • Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professionalism

This role would suit an experienced teacher or a confident Early Career Teacher looking to gain further experience within a well-established secondary setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
