EYFS Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are working with an EYFS setting in the OL12 area that are seeking a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their early years team as soon as possible.

Key Requirements:

• Must hold a relevant EYFS Level 2 qualification or above
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with children’s development, learning, and well-being
• Help with daily routines and classroom organisation
