Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with engaging EYFS activities
• Work with individuals and small groups
• Support children's communication, learning and development
• Encourage positive behaviour and independence
• Help create a stimulating classroom environment
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
• Support safeguarding and children's wellbeing

Essential Requirements

• Experience working with children in an Early Years or primary setting
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Nurturing, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of EYFS principles
• Commitment to safeguarding

Relevant childcare or Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable.
