EYFS Teaching Assistant - Poulton-le-Fylde (FY6)

- £14.25 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience
- Start Date: November 2026
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in the FY6 area who are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis.
The school is looking for a dedicated individual with experience supporting young children within an Early Years setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting learning through play, encouraging children's development, and helping to create a safe and engaging environment where pupils can thrive.
This position is available to start as soon as possible and has the potential to become a school-based contract for the right candidate.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
- Be confident supporting learning through continuous provision and play-based activities.
- Promote children's social, emotional and academic development.
- Have a caring, patient and positive approach to supporting young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
