Part-Time Level 3 EYFS Educator

Location: Bispham, Lancashire
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Part-Time
Pay: Competitive rates via Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Bispham to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Educator for a part-time position starting in September.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing and committed Early Years practitioner to join a supportive school team. You will play a key role in supporting children within the EYFS setting, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in line with school policies
  • Working closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver activities
  • Observing, tracking, and assessing children’s development
  • Creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Be patient, proactive, and passionate about early years development
  • Work effectively as part of a team with strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
