Pay: £130–£210 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are recruiting enthusiastic, nurturing, and adaptable Early Years Teachers to join our education supply agency, supporting primary schools and early years settings across Grantham and the wider Lincolnshire area.

Supply teaching in EYFS is ideal if you’re seeking flexibility, a better work–life balance, or opportunities to progress into long‑term or permanent roles while continuing to make a positive impact on young learners.

The Role:

Teaching within EYFS (Nursery and/or Reception)

Supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Managing behaviour in an age‑appropriate manner
Working collaboratively with support staff and following school policies

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Warm, caring, and adaptable teaching approach
Professional, reliable, and flexible attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
