EYFS Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to providing outstanding early years education and creating a positive foundation for children's lifelong learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, and personal development within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Competitive Salary (MPS/UPS dependent on experience)

The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children in developing key early literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Use play-based learning opportunities to encourage exploration and discovery.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
• Differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Develop strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
• Promote children's wellbeing, confidence, and independence.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within EYFS (including ECTs looking to begin their teaching career).
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Is creative, energetic, and passionate about early years education.
• Has high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
