Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (DOE)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible, rewarding work in a warm and welcoming primary school environment? TP Educators are recruiting an Experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in a fantastic Norris Green primary school (kept anonymous for privacy).

If you’re adaptable, confident across different year groups and passionate about supporting children’s learning, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


 The Role

As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on daily needs.
  • Assist with small‑group work, interventions and general classroom routines.
  • Support pupils with varying learning needs and help maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive school atmosphere.
  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms and support where needed.

This position is ideal for someone confident working across age ranges and happy to take on a dynamic, varied role within the school.

  • A strong communicator with both staff and pupils.
