The Role
As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on daily needs.
- Assist with small‑group work, interventions and general classroom routines.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and help maintain a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive school atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to different classrooms and support where needed.
This position is ideal for someone confident working across age ranges and happy to take on a dynamic, varied role within the school.
