### **What You’ll Do:**

- Lead 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the specific needs of ESOL students, including Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian speakers.
- Design engaging lesson plans that address language challenges while building on student strengths.
- Boost students' confidence and fluency in English through targeted instruction.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive learning space where students feel supported and inspired.
- Track and assess student progress, adapting your teaching methods to maximize success.

### **What You’ll Bring:**

- ESOL relevant qualification
- Experience working with ESOL students, especially speakers of Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Expertise in teaching all aspects of English: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with students.
- A genuine passion for education, along with patience and empathy to support each student’s unique journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
