English Tutor (1:1 Tuition)
Location: Nottingham (NG9 and surrounding areas)

Are you passionate about the English language and eager to inspire confidence in young learners? We are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic English Tutor to provide one-to-one tuition, helping students thrive academically and personally.

About the Role:

As an English Tutor, you’ll work closely with students on a one-to-one basis, delivering personalised lessons tailored to their individual needs. From supporting literacy and language skills to preparing for exams, your guidance will help unlock each student’s potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong subject knowledge in English.

  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for education and student development.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

Whether you’re helping students grasp grammar, analyse literature, or express themselves more clearly, you’ll play a vital role in their journey to success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
