1:1 English Tutor – Vulnerable & At-Risk Pupils (September Start)
We’re hiring passionate English Tutors to support vulnerable young people – including LAC, excluded pupils, and those in AP settings.
Role Includes:
- 1:1 English tuition in homes or specialist provisions
- Planning personalised lessons and adapting to complex needs
- Submitting online session reports via our cloud-based platform
- Managing your own diary and travel
Essential Criteria:
- Strong UK curriculum English knowledge
- Experience with SEMH/SEND pupils (ADHD, autism, PTSD, behavioural)
- Driving licence and own car
- QTS is preferred or relevant degree + tutoring experience
Support learners in regaining confidence and achieving success in English.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
