Unqualified English Teacher / Cover Supervisor – Autism Specialist School (Totton)

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned English lessons and cover other subjects as needed
• Support students with autism in both classroom and 1:1 settings
• Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Adapt your approach to suit individual learning needs
• Work closely with a supportive team to help students succeed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in teaching, tutoring, or supporting learning
• Confidence managing a classroom independently
• A calm, resilient, and adaptable approach
• Genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
• Strong communication skills
• Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
