QTS English Teacher – September Start

A vibrant secondary school in Rochdale, rated Good by Ofsted, is looking for a passionate and motivated English teacher to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting chance to inspire young people, nurture a love of English, and support pupils in reaching their full academic potential.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that deepen students’ knowledge and understanding of English Literature and Language.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that motivates and empowers pupils.

  • Support students with exam preparation and coursework to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • Play an active role in cultivating a life-long appreciation for English, preparing students for further study, employment, and life beyond the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
