About the Role:
Are you a passionate English teacher seeking flexible, part-time work across a variety of secondary schools in Birmingham? We’re looking for motivated English teachers to join our agency supply pool, working day-to-day with the freedom to choose your own working days. This role offers valuable experience in different school settings while maintaining flexibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons to secondary school students across Birmingham.

• Adapt quickly to different school environments and student needs.

• Support student progress and foster a love of English language and literature.

• Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning during your placement.

• Start date: September 2025

• Based in Birmingham (B4) with willingness to travel across the city’s secondary schools

• Flexible working days — choose when you want to work

• Part-time, day-to-day supply teaching through our agency

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive daily rate between £165 - £200 per day, depending on experience and school

• Option for pay to scale for long-term bookings

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching English

• Experience working with secondary school students

• Reliable, adaptable, and professional

• Willingness to travel across Birmingham schools as needed
