Teaching Personnel are working with an Ofsted Outstanding School part of a successful trust based in the Luton area, to support their recruitment for an English Teacher.

We seek an English Teacher who can join an established English Department to help move the departments ideas and strategies forward and fulfill an Outstanding school level of expectation.

The ideal English Teacher will be available long-term immediately or from January 2022. 

Summary of the role:

  • Full-time
  • Starting January 2022
  • Long-term contract, end date TBC
  • Teaching English to KS5 ideal
  • Looking for an English Teacher with some experience and at any stage of your career!

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status and have a background to exemplify a high standard in teaching English. The school are open to applications from English Language or English Literature specialists who can support to GCSE, and ideally some A Level classes. 

The English Teacher appointed would be joining on a Fixed Term contract and be invested to support these pupils during this time. The English Teacher will be required to teach two full terms on a full-time basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
