Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate Teacher of English to join an excellent secondary school located in Horwich, Bolton.

Our client secondary school in Wigan is looking to appoint a successful English Teacher for a January start. The ideal candidate for this English role will have a proven track record of attainment, excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for educating young people.

The role:

  • Full time English teaching role
  • The role commences in January until July 2022
  • Pay between £120 to £213 per day depending on experience and duties (after 12 weeks you will be paid to an equivalent scale)
  • Experienced teachers and NQTs welcome to apply

Candidate criteria:

  • English specialist with experience teaching KS3-KS4
  • Must hold a UK recognised QTS
  • Good classroom management
  • Ability to teach English Literature and Language across KS3 and KS4
  • Have a valid ‘Child Workforce only’ DBS registered on the DBS Update Service (or be willing to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
