We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English Teachers to join welcoming secondary schools across Surrey for a September start. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in supportive and well-resourced schools.

The Role

• Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools).

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.

• Assess, monitor, and support student progress through effective feedback and differentiated teaching.

• Contribute to the wider school community, including parents' evenings, departmental meetings, and extracurricular activities where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• A degree in English or a related subject.

• A passion for English and a commitment to delivering outstanding teaching.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
