Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school in Winchester to appoint a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join their successful and supportive department.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop a love of literature and language.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
- Monitoring and supporting student progress
- Contributing to curriculum development within the English department
- Supporting wider school initiatives and enrichment activities
- Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (UK QTS)
- Experience teaching English at secondary level (ECTs welcome)
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English
- A commitment to high standards and inclusive education
- Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
