Are you a passionate English Teacher looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and ambitious secondary school?

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a successful English department at a secondary school in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that develop confidence, creativity, and a love of literature and language.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT, we would love to hear from candidates who are committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for all learners.

The Role

  • Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive English department

The Candidate Will

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
  • Be passionate about raising attainment and student achievement
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
