English Teacher

Our partnered secondary school, located in the heart of Rochdale and rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is seeking a passionate and skilled English Teacher to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Plan and deliver a diverse curriculum that meets the needs of all learners

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support

• Contribute to the department’s continuous improvement and extracurricular activities

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
