English Teacher- Poole

Start date: Immediate

Contract: Full-time

Salary ranges from: £31,650 to £51,048

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join a welcoming and well‑regarded secondary school in Poole. You will deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop strong literacy skills, confidence, and a genuine love for literature and language.

What we are looking for:

• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, Or equivalent).
• Must have a DBS on the Update service- or willing to apply.
• Strong organisational skills and classroom management skills.
• A strong field knowledge and experience teaching English.
• The ability to build rapport and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability within the classroom, tailoring the education to each student’s needs.
• An enhanced Child only DBS on the Update service- or willing to apply
