Job description

We are working with a range of highly regarded secondary schools and academies across North Manchester who are seeking committed and enthusiastic English Teachers for full-time, part-time and permanent positions. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified English Teachers looking for flexibility, long-term stability or their next permanent career move within education. Roles are available to start immediately and for upcoming terms, teaching English Language and English Literature across KS3, KS4 and, for some posts, KS5.

Schools are looking for English Teachers who can deliver engaging, well-structured lessons, inspire a love of reading and writing, and support pupils through GCSE and A Level outcomes. You will be joining supportive departments with strong leadership and clear schemes of work already in place. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply, with roles suited to a variety of working patterns including full-time English Teacher jobs, part-time English teaching roles and permanent English Teacher vacancies in North Manchester.

To be considered, you will need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience teaching English in a UK secondary school, and a strong understanding of the national curriculum. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
