Job description

Are you passionate about inspiring a love for English? We’re looking for a dedicated English Teacher to join an inclusive and supportive secondary school in Oldham this January. The school prides itself on its welcoming ethos and commitment to helping every student succeed and has an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Mark and assess student work to ensure progress
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment where every learner feels valued
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold high standards of teaching

You would be paid according to your teaching scale point (M1-UPS3) £168.60 - £261.78 per day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
